Acknowledgement of Risk and Release of Liability

Pressure washing utilises high-pressure water and chemicals to remove tough stains from exterior
surfaces. This high pressure ensures thorough cleaning, but it also carries the risk of causing
damage. Mannin Pressure Washing Ltd. are trained to operate its equipment and use chemicals
with the utmost care to avoid harm to your property. Although we keep our operating pressure to
a minimum, damage may still occur due to inadequate maintenance, property neglect, and/or low
quality building materials.


it is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure that their property has been maintained in line with
manufacturer’s recommendations and that any defects or concerns are addressed before
washing to maintain a watertight surface. The client assumes these risks and takes accountability
for any damage resulting from the explanations above.


Client Responsibilities on the day of service

1. Please ensure that the external water supply is activated and accessible.
2. Please ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed.
3. Please keep all pets and children indoors during the cleaning process.
4. If chemicals are being used, follow all instructions from our staff.
5. Clear the work areas of all items and remove plant pots, doormats, vehicles and any other
moveable sensitive materials from areas being cleaned.

Mannin Pressure Washing Ltd. advises the client to utilise their properties fusebox to turn off
power to all exterior outlets, light fixtures, or any other electrically powered features. This is
especially important for outlets that are not covered by exterior covers. Additionally, if Mannin
Pressure Washing Ltd. are cleaning or cleaning close to solar panels, these should be isolated by
switching them off at the fuse panel. it is essential for the preservation of the clients property that
they inform Mannin Pressure Washing Ltd. of any surfaces that cannot be cleaned with highly
alkaline or acidic detergents ( see exclusions below).


Exclusions

– A £50 cancellation fee applies if notice is not given within 24 hours of service, or if the company
arrives and cannot wash due to steps 1-5 not being completed.
– The company is not liable for water intrusion. Despite every effort made to prevent this, poor
seals around windows and doors and cracks in concrete or stone surfaces can make this
unavoidable.
– The company is not liable for the rare ”fogging” effect that occurs on multi-pane windows with
poor seal.
– This agreement to provide services does not guarantee complete removal of stains. The
company aims for 100% customer satisfaction and will cooperate with homeowners when this
does not occur.
– Please notify the company if there are any surfaces on or near the home that cannot have any
form of detergent on them. If the company have not been notified of this, the company is not
responsible for any adverse effects to any surfaces in this regard.


Corrections of Damage

Mannin Pressure Washing Ltd. is only liable under this contract for structural damages that
directly result from operator error, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct. Damages must be
discovered and reported within 3 calendar days of completion of any work. upon receipt of written
notice, the company shall be allowed 30 calendar days from date of receipt to inspect the
premises. Mannin Pressure Washing Ltd. shall have the sole option of repairing or contracting
repair work to address any structural damages that result directly from the company.

Agreement to Terms

By accepting our quotation, the client agrees that all the specifications and conditions are
satisfactory and hereby accepted. The client authorises Mannin Pressure Washing Ltd. to do the
work as specified on the proposal/quotation document. The client releases Mannin Pressure
Washing Ltd. from property damage unless the damage is caused by gross negligence or wilful
misconduct


All quotations are valid for a period of 1 month


All invoices are to be settled on the day of completion unless previously arranged in writing and
agreed at the discretion of the head contractor . A 10% charge will be added to any invoice left
unpaid for 7 days
